Q: Can I view the property before booking?

A: Yes, we can arrange property viewings for serious inquiries, pending no guests are currently staying there. Please contact us to schedule a viewing.

A: Yes, parking is available, but limited to a certain number of vehicles. Feel free to inquire about parking options when booking your rental.

Security Deposit: At Gumball, we go beyond just providing temporary housing – we prioritize your financial well-being too. When you entrust us with your security deposit, we don’t just hold onto it. Instead, we invest it wisely in a money market account.

What does this mean for you? It means your money doesn’t just sit idly by; it works for you, earning interest over time. That’s right – while you’re busy focusing on your business or settling into your new home away from home, your security deposit is growing. And here’s the best part: when it’s time to bid farewell to your Gumball residence, you’ll not only get your entire security deposit back (*see terms and conditions), but you might even walk away with more.

Security Deposit Terms and Conditions:

  • Security Deposit: Upon entering into a rental agreement with Gumball Properties, tenants are required to provide a security deposit. This deposit will be held by Gumball Properties for the duration of the tenancy.
  • Investment of Security Deposit: Gumball Properties reserves the right to invest the security deposit in a secure money market account or any other investment vehicle deemed suitable by Gumball Properties at its sole discretion. The interest accrued on the security deposit will be retained by Gumball Properties.
  • Interest Accrual: While Gumball Properties endeavors to invest the security deposit prudently, tenants acknowledge and agree that the actual interest earned may vary and is subject to market conditions. Gumball Properties shall not be liable for any loss of principal or interest arising from the investment of the security deposit.
  • Return of Security Deposit: At the end of the tenancy period, Gumball Properties will conduct a thorough inspection of the rental property. The security deposit, less any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear or outstanding rental fees, will be returned to the tenant within 30 days of the termination of the tenancy.
  • Surplus Interest: In the event that the interest accrued on the security deposit exceeds any deductions for damages or outstanding fees, Gumball Properties reserves the right to retain the surplus interest as part of its operational revenue.
  • Disclaimer: Gumball Properties makes no warranties or representations regarding the performance of the investment of the security deposit. Tenants acknowledge that the investment of the security deposit carries inherent risks, and Gumball Properties shall not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from such investment.
  • Modification of Terms: Gumball Properties reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications or amendments shall be effective upon posting on the Gumball Properties website or notifying tenants via email.

By providing a security deposit to Gumball Properties, tenants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety.
